Villa Skopljak is located on the upper edge of Supetar and combines authentic Dalmatian charm with a relaxed Mediterranean lifestyle. Built from traditional Brač stone and surrounded by pine forests, the villa offers a peaceful retreat just a few minutes from the sea.
The vacation apartment features four twin bedrooms, two bathrooms, an indoor kitchen, and an outdoor kitchen—ideal for large families or two families traveling with children. Enjoy sunny terraces with seating and a BBQ fireplace perfect for gathering on warm summer nights, a private entrance, air conditioning, and a fenced garden with lemon trees, lavender, and olive trees that creates a true island oasis. Dogs are warmly welcome.
Beaches, restaurants, the picturesque harbor, and a supermarket are all within easy walking distance. The crystal-clear water and white pebble beaches make Supetar simply unforgettable.
Weekly prices for the apartment (up to 8 guests):
Low season: €800 per week (April)
Mid season: €1,000 per week - (May, June & 15. Sept., Oct.)
High season: €1,400 per week - (July & August)
One per is welcome.
Final cleaning: €80 (one-time fee)
